Newly appointed chairman of the Nigeria Nationwide League One, Hon Silas Agara has stated that the challenges facing different cadres of the Nigerian leagues, particularly the NLO are daunting but equally surmountable.
He stated this shortly after his board was inaugurated by the president of the Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau at the headquarters of the NFF on Monday.
According to the former Deputy Governor of Nasarawa state, he said they are numerous grey area’s that needs to be addressed as a board, but has assured that all hands must be on deck to chart a new cause for the growth of game in the country.
He noted that the board will not miss use the trust and the confidence reposed in them to deliver on the responsibility of putting Nigerian football on the front foot always.
“It is going to be a difficult one, but by the special grace of God we will overcome the challenges. they’re alot of changes that certainly needs to be addressed giving the tasks giving to us”
“It is too early to unveil the forms now, but I believe that as a league board, we will sit down with the COO and other members of the league to look at the challenges on ground and see how we can run around those challenges and ensure that we change the face of the league”
“In the next few days, we will be addressing you and you will hear from us, and then we will be able to rob minds and ensure that we get it right” he concluded.

Sabo Mohammed Dutse, Mr Ogeneochuko Ambakederemo, Mr Tunji Onatolu, Barr Nelson Babatunde Akintade Bucknor and Mal. Danladi Ibrahim makes up the members.
