Super Eagles prospect and Vaasan Palloseura (VPS) of Finland striker, Peter Michael has stated that he is hundred percent ready to commit his international future to playing for the Super Eagles of Nigeria, as that will be an honor and a dream come through to represent his fatherland.
Michael stated this when he spoke exclusively to paimedia.com.ng from his base in Finland.

He declared that his experience playing over the years outside the shore’s will come to fore and it will count as part of the contributions he will be bringing to the team when he is giving the chance to prove his mettle for a place in the national team.
The Calabar born prolific striker also maintained he is eager to play a part that will help the national team win more games, even as he hopes to see a glorious Nigerian national team that will lift the senior men’s FIFA world cup in no distant time.

Peter found the back of the net 17 times in 27 appearance for his club Vaasan Palloseura (VPS) this season and helped his team finished 3rd on the log in the just concluded season in Finland.
His versatility and his goal scoring prowess earned him plaudits and two different awards at the end of the season. He was crowned the most valuable player (MVP) and the best striker award in the league, making him the first Nigerian in history to be bestowed with such honors in the Finnish league.

Michael formerly had stint with several clubs in Nigeria, which includes Ranchers Bees of Kaduna, Supreme court FC of Abuja, as well as Crown FC of Ogbomosho before jetting out the country for greener pastures overseas.
