The Association of Proprietors of Football Academics of Nigeria, Berackiah international, and Hyland Willaims Consulting LLP USA, Have concluded plans for the maiden edition of the Nigeria Football Academies Championship ( NGFAC ), slated for the first quarter of 2023.
According to the APFAN President, Dr. Francics Akinremi six geopolitical zones in the country will be captured for the first edition in Ogun, Kwara, Kano, Imo, Bauchi, and River State.
Mr. Wonder Nwigwe the CEO of Berackiah International an affiliate of the Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF ), said the championship is a platform for harnessing the energies of the youths at the grassroots in a more positive direction thereby creating avenues for empowerment. While the CEO of Hyland Willaims Consulting LLP based in the USA, Dr. Kinnney Willaims in his response said all arrangements are in the top and to use this opportunity to explore the players to showcase their talent to the international community.
The Championship which is expecting a total of 33 teams in each zones and to stage Super 12 finals in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in March – April, 2023.
